Working at the intersection of editorial development and field production, he supports international broadcasters and media organisations in identifying underreported stories, shaping investigative angles and securing high-level access across political, social, cultural and technological subjects.

He collaborates regularly with major international outlets including The Washington Post, NPR, NBC, RAI and ARTE, providing editorial advisory, contributor access and on-the-ground production support.

Petit is the co-founder of Fixers in Paris. He has contributed to more than 300 productions for global clients.

Oren Rosenfeld is a multi–Emmy Award–winning documentary filmmaker with over two decades of experience producing high-end factual content for leading international broadcasters, including the BBC, HBO, VICE News, National Geographic, Discovery, Netflix and FRONTLINE.

His work spans long-form documentaries, series and international productions, combining field production, investigative reporting and editorial development across complex environments. Selected credits include The Real Fauda for BBC, A year of War: Israelis and Palestinians for FRONTLINE, Stories of a Generation for NETFLIX, Secrets of the Ark, One Day in Gaza. He has received multiple Emmy Awards and nominations, and is also a Peabody Award winner.

Andriy Tsaplienko is a Ukrainian frontline war correspondent, filmmaker, writer, and decorated journalist with decades of reporting experience across major conflict zones. Often the first — and at times the only — Ukrainian journalist on the ground, he has reported from the Middle East, Africa, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Ukraine, earning major distinctions including the Ivan Franko State Award, the Prix Albert Londres Special Honorary Prize, and the Order for Courage. Profiled by CBS’s 60 Minutes in 2024, he is also the author of several books, and his documentary Absolute Evil formed part of the wider effort to document and prove Russian crimes in Ukraine. He has continued reporting despite injuries sustained in the field

Oliver is a German producer and documentary filmmaker, with over two decades of field experience. His work is grounded in on-the-ground reporting across complex and often high-risk environments, spanning Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

He is the founder of Occasione Documentaries and the producer behind internationally distributed titles including Deadly Roads – Driving at the Limit, filmed across multiple continents under extreme conditions . His work also includes investigative productions such as Muti Murders and Kick the Lion, examining the intersection of crime, culture and power structures .

Alongside his production work, he operates within institutional and strategic communication environments, delivering media and interview training for senior military personnel through the German Armed Forces, as well as NATO press officers and international media professionals .

Ilya Shnitser is a New York–based Emmy-winning cinematographer and director of photography working across documentary, editorial, and commercial productions. His work includes collaborations with BBC America, Discovery, VICE, Arte, and the United Nations, and leading global brands including Prada, Versace, Balenciaga, and Calvin Klein. He has projects selected by Tribeca, DOC NYC, and Berlin Commercial.

Gil is a UK-based line and creative producer working across international film, television and commercial production.

With over fifteen years of experience, he operates across complex, multi-territory productions, overseeing projects from development through to delivery within high-pressure and fast-moving production environments.

His portfolio includes collaborations with major global platforms and brands including Amazon Studios, HBO, Sony, Microsoft, Netflix, BT Sport and Universal Music, across a wide range of productions from television and documentary content to global advertising campaigns.

Gil has contributed to award-winning and internationally recognised content, including projects associated with Emmy nominations and ProMax awards, reflecting a consistent involvement in high-profile productions.
